These terms apply to enquiries made through this website and to estimates and building work provided by Wren Builders Ltd ("we", "us").
Estimates are provided free of charge and without obligation. Written quotes will set out the scope of work agreed; any changes to that scope during the project will be discussed and agreed before work proceeds.
Where a project requires Building Regulations approval or planning permission, we will advise on this during the initial visit. It remains the homeowner's responsibility to obtain any necessary approvals unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Work carried out is covered by our standard guarantee as set out in your individual project agreement. Full details of any Checkatrade guarantee terms can be found on our Checkatrade profile.
